Returns and refund policy

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since the purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or a change. To be entitled to a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Different types of goods are exempt from return. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. Furthermore, we do not accept intimate or health products, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

* Gift cards

* Downloadable software products

* Some items for health and personal care

To complete the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase to the manufacturer.

There are some situations where only partial returns are allowed: (if applicable)

* Book with obvious signs of use 

* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software , video game, cassette or vinyl that has been opened.

* Any item that is not in its original state, is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to us.

* Any item returned over 30 days after delivery

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we have received and inspected the return, we will send you an email informing you that we have received the return returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you have been approved for a refund, the refund will be executed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received a refund, check your bank account again.

Then contact the credit card company, it may be necessary some time before the refund is officially processed. <br /> Then contact your bank. It often spends processing time before a refund is issued.

Items on sale (if applicable)

Only normal price items can be refunded, unfortunately items on sale cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to change it for the same item, send us an email to clienti@metrogang.com and follow the return instructions.

Gifts

If the item has been marked as a gift when purchased and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift voucher for the value of your return. Once you receive the returned item, you will be sent a gift voucher.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the donor received the order shipped to yourself to provide you later, we will send a refund to the donor and he will find out your return.

Shipping

To return your product, you must ship your product following the instructions that you will be provided after contacting us at clienti@metrogang.com

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If a refund is received, the cost of the return shipment will be deducted from the refund.

Depending on where you live, the delivery time required for your replacement order may vary.

If you are shipping an item that is worth more than € 75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
