Shipping / Delivery policy

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address your provide when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order feel free to follow up with us at customers@metrogang.com

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged please send photos to customers@metrogang.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee whether or not your order has shipped.  If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges.  Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

Processing time: order verification, transmission, quality control and packaging. All orders are sent to the warehouse for shipment within 24 hours of placing the order. The warehouse and the courier process the orders, which require another 2-4 days. Shipping times: refers to the time required for the shipment of the items from our warehouse to the destination. From the moment of the order, the items usually take 7 to 18 working days to arrive at their destination. The shipping location may vary depending on the logistics of our warehouses and our inventory. MetroGang, its representatives and collaborators, are not responsible for the extra shipping costs that could be applied during delivery (eg customs and related duties). The customer can track the status of the shipment in the appropriate section of the site at any time.

In order to maintain our standards of Customer Service and Quality of Service, we provide the FREE Express Shipping for orders over € 199.

Special and Remote areas: if your shipping address is a remote or special area, we will use always the standard shipping to balance the remote area shipping costs.

Delivery not possible due to customer's fault: in this case the package will return back to the shipping warehouse and will be delivered if the customer will pay the extra shipping costs. In this case the order can't be cancelled once it's arranged and if the customer doesn't want it more, we cannot issue a refund.
